Grill Cook & Front Team Member – Full-Time / Part-Time Hiring

A busy burger franchise located in the Square One area is currently hiring enthusiastic and reliable Grill Cooks and Front Team Members for full-time and part-time positions. We are looking for individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service while maintaining high food quality standards. Position Details Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Location: Square One Area, Mississauga, ON Shifts Available: Morning, Evening, Weekends, and Holidays Competitive Pay Grill Cook Responsibilities Prepare and cook burgers, patties, and other grilled menu items according to franchise standards. Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards. Ensure the grill station is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation and service. Front Team Member Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide friendly customer service. Take customer orders accurately and process payments. Prepare side items and assist with order assembly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter area. Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations. Sides / Fry Station Responsibilities Prepare fries and side items according to company standards. Ensure correct portion sizes and product quality. Maintain fryer cleanliness and follow oil safety procedures. Assist the kitchen team during peak hours. Keep the station clean, organized, and stocked. Requirements Previous experience in a grill, kitchen, or fast-food environment is an asset. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Basic knowledge of food handling and food safety practices. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
