Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator – Full-Time

Aurizon Logistics Inc. is currently hiring an experienced Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator to join its Operations Team in Brampton, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and motivated logistics professional with experience coordinating freight shipments, communicating with drivers and customers, and managing transportation operations in a fast-paced environment. Position Details: Position: Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator Job Type: Full-Time Location: Brampton, ON Schedule: Monday–Friday Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage daily freight shipments. Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and carrier partners. Process orders and maintain accurate transportation records. Monitor and manage multiple shipments and priorities. Provide professional and responsive customer service. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and transportation partners. Handle cross-border shipping procedures and carrier compliance requirements. Use transportation management systems and Microsoft Office applications. Support the Operations Team with day-to-day logistics activities. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or a related transportation role. Strong knowledge of North American geography and transportation routes. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience using transportation management software is an asset. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
