Social Media Manager (Full-Time) – Content Creation & Digital Marketing

Canada Plastics & Belting Inc. is seeking a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team. If you are passionate about content creation, digital marketing, social media growth, and brand development, we would love to hear from you. Work Schedule: Full-Time Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Create engaging video content and promotional materials for social media platforms. Design eye-catching graphics and marketing materials using Canva. Edit professional-quality videos using CapCut or similar editing software. Manage and grow company social media accounts, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Plan, schedule, and publish social media content and advertising campaigns. Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries. Analyze campaign performance and recommend strategies to improve reach and engagement. Assist with website updates, development, hosting, and maintenance. Support digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and promote company products and services. Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging digital marketing tools. Qualifications Previous experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization. Strong proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other content creation tools. Experience creating and managing advertising campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms. Knowledge of website development, website hosting, and basic SEO principles is considered an asset. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. What We Offer Full-time, permanent employment.
