Furniture Delivery Dispatcher Wanted

A busy and growing furniture delivery company is seeking a Furniture Delivery Dispatcher to join our team. We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual who can effectively coordinate deliveries, communicate with drivers, and ensure excellent service for our customers. Responsibilities: Schedule delivery appointments with customers by phone and through the Cigo delivery app Provide outstanding customer service and support Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, routes, and work assignments Manage emails, spreadsheets, and daily dispatch operations Coordinate logistics to ensure efficient and timely deliveries Maintain accurate records and delivery information Requirements: Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and email management Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous logistics, transportation, or dispatch experience is preferred Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sunday and Monday off Benefits: Competitive work environment Comprehensive benefits package after successful completion of the 3-month probation period Join a professional and fast-paced delivery team where your organizational and customer service skills can make a real impact.
