Server & Host/Hostess Wanted – Fine Dining Restaurant

Rouge Restaurant is currently hiring one Server and one Host/Hostess to join our team for the busy summer season. For over 25 years, Rouge Restaurant has proudly served Calgary with exceptional hospitality and high-quality, made-from-scratch cuisine. Located in the historic community of Inglewood, we are committed to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Server Responsibilities Provide professional and attentive fine dining service Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional customer experiences Recommend menu items, daily specials, and beverage pairings Accurately take food and beverage orders Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar staff Process payments and maintain a clean work area Handle guest requests and inquiries professionally Server Requirements Previous fine dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of wine and spirits is an asset Professional appearance and grooming standards Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Valid ProServe certification (mandatory) Host / Hostess Responsibilities Welcome and greet guests upon arrival Manage seating arrangements and reservations Escort guests to their tables Refill water glasses as needed Assist with restaurant closing duties Provide friendly and professional customer service What We Offer Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunity to work in one of Calgary's premier dining establishments Valuable hospitality experience How to Apply Please email your resume to: 📧 manager@rougecalgary.com Be sure to specify whether you are applying for the Server or Host/Hostess position.
