Taxi Dispatcher Want

We are currently hiring a reliable and organized Taxi Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously. Assist customers with taxi requests and transportation needs. Dispatch drivers to pickup locations and destinations. Communicate clearly with drivers and customers. Use basic computer systems and Google Maps for route and location information. Operate a debit/credit payment machine when required. Keep dispatch operations organized and running smoothly. Handle busy periods and unexpected situations calmly and efficiently. Requirements & Skills Friendly and professional customer service attitude. Basic computer skills. Familiarity with Google Maps and navigation. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Previous dispatch, taxi, transportation, or customer service experience is an asset.
