Job Responsibilities: Frame walls and floors for residential construction projects Measure, cut, and install framing materials accurately Read and follow construction layouts and drawings Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Requirements: Proven experience in wood wall and floor framing Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions Skilled with framing tools and accurate measurements Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials CSA-approved safety boots required Reliable transportation to the job site preferred Valid Working at Heights certification required Must have own harness, tool belt/pouch, and basic hand tools Ideal Candidate: Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Takes pride in quality workmanship Maintains a professional attitude on site Follows safety procedures and works well with a team Must be clean and sober while working Pay: Top pay available for experienced and reliable candidates.
