City LTL Dispatcher – Full-Time | Edmonton, AB

Truck-All Depot Ltd. is currently seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Full-Time City LTL Dispatcher to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Previous transportation or dispatch experience is considered an asset but is not required, as training may be provided to the right candidate. Work Schedule Monday to Friday Rotating shifts: 2 weeks: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 2 weeks: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Responsibilities Coordinate and support daily city LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) operations. Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and team members. Assist with scheduling, routing, and dispatch activities. Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries professionally. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Monitor deliveries and ensure efficient daily operations. Perform administrative and dispatch-related duties as required. Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable, dependable, and professional. Transportation or dispatch experience is an asset but not required. Compensation: Wages will be discussed during the interview process.
