7 Spice Bistro – The Indian Hakka Restaurant is expanding our team and looking for hardworking, reliable, and motivated individuals to join us. We are currently hiring for Tandoor Chef, Curry Chef, Kitchen Helper, Server, and Dishwasher positions. Positions Available Tandoor Chef Requirements: Previous experience working with a tandoor is required. Knowledge of naan, roti, tandoori chicken, tikka, kebabs, and other tandoori items. Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen. Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation. Follow proper food safety and kitchen procedures. Curry Chef Requirements: Previous experience preparing Indian curries is required. Strong knowledge of Indian spices, gravies, sauces, and cooking techniques. Ability to prepare food efficiently in a high-volume kitchen. Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation. Follow proper food preparation and safety standards. Kitchen Helper Responsibilities: Assist chefs with food preparation and kitchen duties. Cutting, cleaning, organizing, and maintaining kitchen supplies and work areas. Assist with general kitchen tasks as required. Experience making roti, paratha, or bhatura is an asset. Must be hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn. Servers Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service. Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen. Serve food and beverages efficiently. Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas. Previous restaurant serving experience is preferred. Must be friendly, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Dishwasher Responsibilities: Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and sanitary. Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties when required. Follow proper hygiene and safety procedures. Must be reliable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently in a busy environment.
